Lauren Gonzalez

Lauren Gonzalez is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in fashion merchandising and visual management. Currently serving as Assistant Store Manager at The Great. / Emily + Meritt since May 2023, Lauren previously held similar positions at Marine Layer and Madewell, where roles included Assistant Manager/Visual Manager and Assistant Manager/Visual Merchandiser. With earlier experience at Janie and Jack and Starbucks, Lauren has developed skills in sales and visual presentation. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from California State University, Long Beach, and two Associate of Arts degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Fashion/Apparel Design from Fullerton College.
