Michelle Carfagno

Michelle Carfagno is the CEO and Founder of The Greater Knead, a gluten-free bagel manufacturing company established in June 2012, offering a line of gluten-free and top 8 allergen-free bagels including Plain, Everything, and Cinnamon Raisin. Prior to this, Michelle Carfagno worked at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin from October 2006 to December 2009 as an ASM, where responsibilities included managing 80-100 employees, hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations. Michelle Carfagno holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Columbia College Chicago, completed in 2006, and attended Council Rock High School South.
