Daniella Aponte is an experienced professional currently serving as a Pastry Chef at Sant Ambreous2 since May 2021. In addition to culinary expertise, Daniella has been a Dance Specialist at P.S.239 for the Greater Ridgwood Youth Council since February 2018 and has held the position of Group Lead at The Greater Ridgewood Youth Council, Inc. since September 2016.
