Robert Durkin

Robert Durkin has an extensive background in leadership and community development, currently serving as President of The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce since September 2013. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of President at the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute from April 1999 to August 2013 and was Executive Director at the Lackawanna Heritage Valley Authority from March 1993 to March 1999, focusing on community and heritage development. Robert also served as Vice President at The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce from April 1988 to March 1993. Educationally, Robert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University between 1977 and 1981.
