Georgie leads the global Human Resources team and is responsible for partnering with their business leaders to help build organisational and people capabilities. More specifically, Georgie manages the employee lifecycle, shapes and implements HR strategies and programmes, supports the organisation in fostering a positive culture and develops people solutions in order to enhance the performance of the workforce.
