Jason Moore

Jason has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry with a primary focus on retail and mixed-used development. His most notable recent projects include King of Prussia Town Center, a 390,000 square foot lifestyle center located in King of Prussia, PA and Market Square at Frederick, a 50 acre mixed-use development located in Frederick, MD.

His extensive site work background is beneficial to Owners in identifying and evaluating site work risks associated with potential acquisitions, as well as effectively managing site work design, permitting, procurement and implementation, further reducing risk and minimizing costs in this critical phase of a development project.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Mount St. Mary’s University and continued his studies in the MS in Real Estate program at Johns Hopkins University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland. He has earned a State of Maryland Erosion and Sediment Control Certification, a Green Advantage Commercial Environmental Certification, and a Commonwealth of Virginia Responsible Land Disturber Certificate.
