Cathy Roberts is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, customer service, and travel consulting. Currently serving as an Occupancy Specialist at Central City Concern since January 2024, Cathy manages occupancy and compliance for residential buildings in Downtown Portland. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at Home Forward, General Manager at Rorkro where rebranding efforts were made, and an extensive freelance career spanning over two decades as a writer and travel professional. Cathy has also held positions as a Legal Claims Analyst III at Adecco, Business Development Manager at Vacasa, and CEO of Cathy "LadyHoldem" Roberts Enterprises, which involved leading a team of writers. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in International Travel and Travel Marketing from IAHA Schools and an Associate of Business in Business and Marketing from Chemeketa Community College.
