Filiberto Flores

Filiberto Flores is an experienced Plant Manager with a robust background in operations management across various industries, including automotive and manufacturing. Since July 2019, Filiberto has served as Plant Manager at The Greenbrier Companies, following a similar role at Lear Corporation from June 2018 to July 2019. Prior experience includes positions at Nemak and Bocar Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing production lines for major clients such as Toyota and Ford, implementing lean manufacturing systems, and improving quality metrics.
