Mark Stefani

Mark Stefani currently serves as Vice President of GBX Leasing at The Greenbrier Companies since June 2022. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President at Citi from December 2016 to April 2022, and Vice President of Structured Finance at Element Financial Corporation for a brief period in 2016. Mark spent over a decade at GE Capital, Rail Services, as Senior Vice President - Business Development and Structured Finance, focusing on originating new business and managing complex transactions. Earlier experience includes roles at Bank of America as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Aviation Finance and as an Auditor at Warady & Davis LLP. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
