Kristian van der Wel

Kristian van der Wel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and production optimization at The Greenery, where current roles include Sr. Kwaliteitsmanager and Sr. Technical Manager. Responsibilities encompass managing quality assurance for major clients, leading production and personnel planning, and implementing process improvement projects. Additionally, Kristian holds the position of Hoofdcoach for the RECO-ZVH volleyball team, successfully promoting the team to the Eredivisie. Previous coaching roles include assisting the Dutch National Women's team and competing as a semi-professional volleyball player. Kristian also has a background in business administration as a bedrijfskundig medewerker at Universitair Medisch Centrum Utrecht, complemented by a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a leadership program at TIAS School for Business and Society.
