Jeroen Steeman

Jeroen Steeman is a skilled digital communication professional with extensive experience in political campaigning and community management. Currently serving as Community Manager - Digital Organiser for the Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament since March 2021, Jeroen also holds the position of Municipal Council Member for Gemeente Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Previously, Jeroen worked as a Digital Communications Officer for Dutch Green MEPs at the European Parliament from 2008 to 2021, where responsibilities included developing online campaign strategies and managing digital communications. Notable achievements include leading digital campaigns for GroenLinks during European elections and Dutch national elections, resulting in increased seat counts and recognition for best digital campaign. Jeroen holds a Master’s degree in New Media and Digital Culture from Utrecht University.
