Joan Davis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Joan began their career in 1986 as Manager, Human Resources at BDM. Joan then moved on to The Greentree Group in 1998, where they also held the role of Manager, Human Resources.

Joan Davis holds a degree from Wright State University. Joan obtained their HRCI Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2015, and their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in April 2015.
