Jason Roos is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various notable hospitality establishments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Cotswold Hotel & Spa and The Grill House, Jason has previously held the position of Executive Head Chef at The Grill House and has worked in roles such as Executive Sous Chef at Great Cusine Caters, VILLA AFRICA BOUTIQUE HOTEL, Faircity Hotels and Apartments, and African Pride Irene Country Lodge. Earlier in the career, Jason contributed as Senior Sous Chef at Tsogo Sun and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, as well as Executive Sous Chef at GOURMET FOOD catering company and Chef De Partie at Protea Hotels by Marriott.
