Lynne Brown

Lynne Brown has over 35 years of work experience in human resources and related roles. Lynne is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Groden Network, specializing in autism. Prior to this, Lynne worked for The Groden Center as the Acting Director/Associate Director of Human Resources, managing various HR functions and supervising a team. Lynne also has experience as a Sr. Dispatcher at AAA Southern New England and as a Benefits Coordinator/Generalist at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center. Lynne has held positions such as a Human Resource Generalist/Manager at Hypertronics Corporation and a Human Resource/Payroll Manager at TECHMAR Communications, Inc. Lynne started their career as a Compensation Administrator at Hills Department Stores. Throughout their career, Lynne has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and payroll management.
