Monica Lima

Monica Lima, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People Services at The Groove and is a Co-Founder of P.LAD Group. Previous experience includes HR Operations at Druva and Vice President of Global People Operations for both Cognizant and Collaborative Solutions, the latter of which was acquired by Cognizant. Monica has held various roles in human resources, including People Services Manager, HR Coordinator at support.com, and Corporate Administrator at Pelikan Technologies, contributing significantly to policy development, document management, and revenue-generating HR initiatives. Monica earned a BS in Sociology from Santa Clara University.
