Paula Matkowski

Paula Matkowski, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of People Services at Niagara Health, a position held since May 2020, following a previous role as Manager of Compensation and Benefits. Paula has an extensive background in human resources, including serving as HR Manager at Durez Canada Company Ltd from February 2015 to May 2020, and as Manager of Employee Service Operations at Niagara Region from July 2013 to February 2015. Additional experience includes working as Human Resources Manager at Stokes Seeds and as an HR Generalist at Cytec Canada Inc. Furthermore, Paula contributed to the academic field as a part-time faculty member teaching Business Studies at Niagara College from 2010 to 2023.
