Ashley Smallwood, M.Ed., currently serves as a Playmaker at People Playbook and as Principal Consultant at The Group Forward, where organizational development initiatives are developed to foster positive team dynamics and engaged communities. As the Founder and Creative Strategist of Looking Glass Strategy LLC, Ashley has been leading innovative projects since 2013. Previous experience includes directing career services at Teachers College, Columbia University, and founding the 7th Grade English Language Arts program at Girls Prep Bronx Middle School. Ashley has also contributed as a team leader in various creative roles across companies like Tough Mudder LLC and IDEO, emphasizing human-centered design and brand strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Art History from Georgetown University.
