Erin Blanding

Erin Blanding is an experienced leader in community development and education, currently serving as Vice President of Thriving Leadership at MakeWay and previously Vice President of Global Outreach at Future Generations University. With a robust background in program innovation and social justice, Erin has held key positions at organizations such as WE and The Group Forward, focusing on facilitation, training, and consulting to foster inclusivity and community change. Erin co-created the Windsong Peace and Leadership Center and served as Interim Executive Director of the Borderlands Restoration Leadership Institute. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from Future Generations University and a Bachelor's degree from Mount Allison University.
