Brad Schneider

Brad Schneider's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Contract Technical Communicator at Rockwell Automation, where they created various types of user documentation. From 1998 to 2002, they served as a Senior Consultant at Whittman-Hart Inc., where they designed and developed training modules and supported technology implementations. From 2003 to 2008, Brad was a Manager of Training and Organizational Development at Fiserv, where they led a team in promoting growth and improving performance within the organization. Brad then joined Ariel Corporation in 2008 as the Manager of Training and Development, responsible for creating career development programs and training international distributors. Lastly, in 2015 Brad became President and Owner at The Growth Coach of Central Ohio - North, where they focus on implementing systems and programs to catalyze growth for business leaders. Brad currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Growth Coach.

Brad Schneider obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University in 2007.
