Ken Mraz has an extensive work experience. Ken began their career as Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1968 to 1972. After that, they joined Boeing and held various roles including Director of Human Resources from 1972 to 2006. During their time at Boeing, they led the Human Resources team supporting the Aerospace Support organization, which had over 14,000 employees. Ken was also responsible for executive development and compensation functions. In 2008, they became the CEO of The Growth Coach.
Ken Mraz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. Louis University in an unspecified year prior to 1968. Ken subsequently pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance at Webster University, completing their studies in 1981.
