Sarah McCarthy is a seasoned education professional currently serving as a Learning Support Manager at The Growth Company since September 2023, following a role as a Learning Support Coach at the same organization earlier in 2023. Prior to this, Sarah spent four years as a Primary School Teacher at Salford City Council, where responsibilities included serving as a class teacher and subject lead. Sarah's experience in teaching also includes a position at Teaching Personnel from September 2016 to December 2017. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Edge Hill University, earned in June 2014.
