Jan Coetzee

Jan Coetzee is a Chief Business Officer at The Growth Partner, where he oversees Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Additionally, he is the Founder & CEO of DigiStaff South Africa, focusing on Enterprise Recruitment and Staffing Software Development. Jan is also the Founder & CEO of Unjani Advisory Services, advising CEOs and their executive teams on strategic and operational enablement. With experience in various roles at Adcorp Group and Manpower South Africa, Jan has a strong background in Staffing, Recruitment, and HR Services. He holds a B Com (Honours) degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
