Susie Forster

Susie Forster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in senior roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR Professional at The Guinness Partnership since April 2023, Susie previously held the position of Head of HR at Magenta Living from August 2014 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Leader at Balfour Beatty plc, where responsibilities spanned across Facilities Management and Major Projects.
