Mel Jones

Mel Jones has extensive experience in the hospitality and management sectors, currently serving as a Captain at The Gwen, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Chicago since April 2019. In addition, Mel holds the position of Captain Manager at Virtue Restaurant since August 2018. Previously, Mel operated as General Manager at GNC from April 2009 to September 2014, showcasing a strong foundation in leadership and customer service.
