Dipesh Vyas

Dipesh Vyas has extensive experience in IT management. Dipesh is currently the Head of IT Infrastructure at The Gym Group, responsible for overseeing technology and infrastructure across all gyms and the head office. Prior to this, they held various positions at APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd, including Head of IT, IT Operations Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager, and IT Helpdesk Manager. In these roles, they managed IT operations, implemented service management procedures, and built relationships with key suppliers. Earlier in their career, they worked at NSPCC as an ICT Helpdesk Manager and ICT Resource Controller, and at ChildLine as an ICT Support Officer.

Dipesh Vyas attended Acton High School from 1992 to 1996. Afterward, they enrolled at Harrow Weald College from 1996 to 1998. Dipesh then attended the University of East London from 1998 to 2002. In terms of certifications, Dipesh obtained various Microsoft certifications, including MCPS and MCSA in 2012, MCITP in 2010, and several others. Dipesh also obtained the BCS Specialist Certificate in Service Level Management in 2011 and ITIL certifications in 2006 and 2008.
