Mariza Joson

Mariza Joson currently serves as the Office Tower Operations Manager at The H Dubai since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mariza worked at Al Ghurair Properties from December 2019 to November 2022 as a Leasing Executive, where responsibilities included maintaining knowledge of community aspects, qualifying clients, and managing leasing agreements. Earlier experience includes a position as a Leasing Executive at Al Majid Property Company L.L.C. from February 2018 to November 2019, focusing on achieving high occupancy rates and conducting property viewings. Mariza's career in leasing began at Al Ghurair Properties from April 2012 to December 2017, where Mariza advanced to Leasing Manager and Key Account Manager, overseeing operations and maximizing rental revenue. Mariza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Baguio, completed in 2002.
