Sultan Baddar

Sultan Baddar, SHRM, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The H Dubai, a role assumed in November 2023. Prior to this position, Sultan held the title of Cluster Director of Talent & Culture at Accor from November 2019 to November 2023. Experience in the hospitality industry includes roles such as Corporate Human Resources at HMH - Hospitality Management Holding, Director of Human Resources at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Director of People and Culture at Anantara Hotels, and Director of Human Resources at Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts. Sultan began a career in human resources at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), where a progression of roles included Human Resources Manager, Personnel Manager, and Training Manager from 1999 to 2009. Educational background includes a BA in Educational Sciences from the University of Jordan and further studies at Cornell University.
