Roberto Barraza has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Franchise Business Coach Manager at The Habit Burger Grill since October 2008, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior management on comprehensive training programs for store employees and conducting training needs analyses. Previous roles at The Habit Burger Grill include District Manager and New Store Opening Manager, where Roberto oversaw various aspects of store operations, including human resources, vendor relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
