Aaron Rippstein

Aaron Rippstein has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in project management and quality control within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at The Hagerman Group since March 2020, Aaron has a proven track record of managing various construction tasks, including takeoffs, material scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Prior roles include positions at MAC Construction and Excavating, Inc. where responsibilities centered around project engineering for pipe systems, and as a Quality Control Engineer with The Walsh Group, focusing on concrete testing and construction quality assurance. Previous roles also feature a solid foundation in field management and engineering support across multiple companies, paired with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
