Iriet Schulman

Iriet Schulman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Iriet is currently working as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at The Hain Celestial Group, where they lead all recruitment efforts and enhances social presence and employer branding. Prior to this, they worked at Condé Nast as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they managed full-cycle recruitment for their digital media brands. Iriet also served as a Talent Partner, responsible for recruiting for sales and marketing positions. Additionally, Iriet has experience working at Randstad USA, where they held roles such as Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Recruiter. Iriet began their career as a Parade Formation Captain Volunteer for the LIGHT BRINGER PROJECT, participating in the Pasadena DooDah Parade for 21 years.

Iriet Schulman attended California State University, Northridge from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Liberal Studies with a focus on Elementary Education. Prior to that, they attended the University of Southern California from 1993 to 1995, majoring in Liberal Studies. In 2023, Iriet obtained a certification in "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce" from Cornell University.
