Michael Broz

Michael Broz started their work experience as a Summer Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP in 2008. Michael then progressed to become a Senior Associate, managing commercial litigation and dispute resolution for financial institutions and publicly traded companies. In 2018, they joined The Hain Celestial Group as an Associate General Counsel, handling litigation and compliance. Michael was later promoted to Vice President, Legal, where they expanded their leadership responsibilities and managed various legal matters such as litigation, ESG and sustainability, regulatory compliance, and employment. Michael also supported M&A and commercial matters and advised executives on legal risk.

Michael Broz attended Fordham University School of Law from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree with a specialization in Law. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Government and Politics. Michael is also a member of the New York Bar, certified by the New York State Unified Court System.
