Rima Kapadia

Rima Kapadia currently serves as the Vice President of Quality & Regulatory for North America at The Hain Celestial Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rima held multiple positions at UNFI, including Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance and Sr. Director of Food Safety from January 2019 to March 2024. Rima's experience also includes serving as Sr. Corporate Food Safety Director at SUPERVALU, Food Safety Quality Assurance Program Manager at Target, and various roles at Land O'Lakes and Cargill focusing on quality assurance and food safety. Rima holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cell Biology, both obtained from the University of Connecticut.
