Georgina Wheeler

Georgina Wheeler possesses extensive experience in finance and compliance management within humanitarian and electoral sectors, currently serving as Audit and Compliance Manager at The HALO Trust since October 2021. Previous roles include Regional Finance Manager and International Finance Manager, with a focus on the Balkans and South Caucasus. Prior to The HALO Trust, Georgina held positions such as Country Finance Manager at ACTED and Finance & Admin Manager at the European Centre for Electoral Support. Georgina's audit experience includes significant tenures at Moore Global and Ernst & Young, where roles spanned from Audit Associate to Audit Manager. Education includes a Master of Science in Humanitarianism, Conflict and Development from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from UCL.
