Karen Zermani

Karen Zermani joined The Hamilton Company in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial management and reporting for the company. Karen’s experience spans all aspects of financial management including capital raising, deal structuring, underwriting, treasury management, and investor reporting. Prior to joining The Hamilton Company, Karen served as a senior finance leader for several real estate companies, including The Kensington Investment Company, Benchmark Senior Living, and Maplewood Senior Living. She has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
