Jay Stasi

VP, Development at The Hampshire Companies

Jay Stasi is the current Vice President of Development at The Hampshire Companies. Prior to their current position, Jay served as Vice President of Construction at Spandrel Development Partners, LLC from January 2018 to May 2019. Jay has also worked as a Project Manager at JBS Project Management from October 2016 to January 2018 and as Senior Project Manager at Madison Realty Capital from March 2015 to October 2016.

Jay is responsible for managing all phases of development at The Hampshire Companies, from zoning and planning to budgeting and scheduling to construction and closeout. Jay also oversees outside GC/CM and subcontractor buyouts, schedule, and on-site performance to ensure fastest, most cost effective results. In addition, Jay drives scope design, buy out process, and GMP negotiations.

At Madison Realty Capital, Jay was responsible for managing all budgets, cost reporting, and draw requests. Jay also completed pencil requisitions with GC/CM and produced full lender draw packages.

Jay has extensive experience in the development field and has proven himself to be an excellent leader and manager. Jay is dedicated to ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards and within budget. Jay is a valuable asset to any team and is sure to continue to be successful in all their future endeavors.

Jay Stasi has a master's degree in construction management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in history from Elizabethtown College. Jay also has certification from OSHA in OSHA 30 and OSHA Hazmat '13.

Their manager is John Durso, CIO & EVP, Development. Dana Appiah - Development Administrator, Chris Badger - Senior Development Manager report to Jay Stasi.
