John Waddell

John Waddell is an accomplished professional in organizational and learning development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Organizational and Learning Development at Zimmer Biomet since May 2014, John is responsible for the strategic development of a global workforce of 22,000 team members, driving culture initiatives and employee engagement. Prior to this role, John held positions at GE, where significant contributions were made to leadership development for senior executives, including an expatriate assignment in Turkey. Additional experience includes roles at Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Arthur Andersen, focusing on training quality, continuous improvement, and industry education. John holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from the University of South Alabama.
