Kayvan Zarea

Kayvan Zarea, AIA, is a seasoned professional in architecture and real estate development, currently serving as a Development Partner at The Hanover Company since May 2012. Zarea leads design and construction teams for high-profile, high-density multi-family and mixed-use projects across the nation, with a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in projects currently in design and development. As the founding principal of Zarea Architecture, Inc., and President of Blufield Development Co., Zarea manages private real estate development and design-build initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Design Manager at The Hanover Company and Project Manager at Ziegler Cooper Architects. Zarea holds an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston.
