Carol Hanover

Carol Hanover is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Risk Solutions Regional Director at The Hanover Insurance Group since August 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Travelers, where positions ranged from Risk Control Field Director to Senior Risk Control Consultant, and at the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities, where responsibilities included directing member services and program development. Carol has also contributed as an independent consultant and trainer at Mondani Hanover & Associates LLC, and held various roles at Housing Authority Insurance Group and Aetna, beginning a career as a Loss Control Engineer. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Occupational Health and Safety from Central Connecticut State University.
