Danielle Puleo

Danielle Puleo is an accomplished business architect currently serving as AVP Business Architect, Digital & Claims at The Hanover Insurance Group since April 2021, after holding the position of Business Architect in Innovation. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President, Claims Correspondence and Delivery Product Owner at Chubb for nearly eight years, where Danielle demonstrated expertise in managing survey data, enhancing digital communication platforms, and redesigning marketing materials.
