James Brown

James Brown has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director-Associate State Manager for Personal Lines at The Hanover Insurance Group since June 2016, overseeing profit and loss for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Prior to this role, James held positions including State Analyst at Mapfre and Senior Product Analyst at Travelers. Earlier career milestones include roles as an Outside Property Adjuster and Product Analyst at The Hanover Insurance Group. James possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in History/Philosophy from Assumption University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
