Jennifer Goller

Jennifer Goller is an experienced professional in the insurance and aquatic fields. Currently serving as a Unit Manager and PIP Claims Team Lead at The Hanover Insurance Group since October 2021, Jennifer focuses on developing peers through coaching and mentoring. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. PIP Adjuster and PIP Claims Adjuster at Auto-Owners Insurance from January 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities involved managing complex litigated claims and collaborating with legal counsel. Earlier positions include Aquarist at A&M Aquatics, where Jennifer monitored marine life health and performed water quality tests, and Interim Laboratory Technician at Dr. Boughman's lab. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology from Michigan State University.
