Jim Cramer

Jim Cramer, MLIS, serves as the Regional Sales Director for Small Commercial at The Hanover Insurance Group since January 2020, overseeing operations in the Central and South Central Regions. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Distribution Director for Specialty Lines and Sales Director at Travelers, where leadership of a team of nine Sales Executives focused on expanding Travelers Select among a network of over 3,000 agents across 23 states. Additional experience encompasses sales management, underwriting, and research, with an early career as an Accident Researcher at KLD Accident Research and a Property Adjuster at Allstate. Jim Cramer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas.
