Joe Lagor

Joe Lagor serves as the Head of National Auto Physical Damage, Appraisal and Subrogation at The Hanover Insurance Group since March 2022, having previously held roles such as AVP, Claims Transformation Product Owner and AVP - Auto Strategy, Auto Subrogation and Appraisal from April 2019 to March 2022. With extensive experience at The Hanover Insurance Group since June 2005, Joe Lagor has led initiatives focusing on nationwide strategy and metrics for auto physical damage, operational excellence across multiple Northeastern states, and full operational oversight of the subrogation process across various business lines. Joe Lagor's earlier positions include Director and Senior Unit Manager for Subrogation, where responsibilities included the training and development of Associate Auto Adjusters and implementing systems for efficient claims handling. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Becker College and further studies at Clark University.
