Kathy Owens is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and adjustment. Currently serving as a Regional Liability Adjuster in the Major Case Unit at The Hanover Insurance Group since November 2021, Kathy has previously held prominent positions such as SVP of London Market Claims at Crosswalk Claims Management, LLC, and MCU Claim Technical Director at AIX Group, specializing in large exposure general liability casualty claims across multiple states. Additional experience includes roles as Claims Supervisor at Berkley Risk Administrators and Response Insurance, focusing on commercial auto and personal lines claims, respectively. Kathy began a career in claims management as an Independent Adjuster at Frye Claims Consultation & Administration. Kathy holds educational credentials from Gateway Community College, completed between 2009 and 2013.
