Matthew Marek

Matthew Marek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management and development within the insurance industry. Currently a Co-Founder and Former Nant’an at F3 since May 2022, Matthew has been with The Hanover Insurance Group since September 2013, serving as a Senior Claims Learning and Development Consultant, as well as holding roles as Workers Compensation Manager and Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Travelers from September 2010 to September 2013, focusing on workers compensation claims in the construction market. Earlier career experiences include positions at ALDI Stores as a Manager in Training and at Nationwide Insurance in claims. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Aurora University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Waubonsee Community College. Matthew is a graduate of East Aurora High School.
