Paul James

Paul James has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the National Sales Leader for Personal Lines at The Hanover Insurance Group since October 2013. Previous roles at The Hanover include Zonal VP and AVP, Marketing and Distribution. Prior to this, Paul James worked as a Regional Sales Director at Travelers from September 2008 to October 2013 and was the President and Sales Manager at Steffon, James and Finnegan from January 1993 to January 2008. Paul James holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College and a Bachelor of Science from Worcester State University.
