Shelby Narducci, AAI, ARM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and operations across various roles in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Lead Accountant for the SEC at The Hanover Insurance Group since April 2024, Shelby's previous roles include Billing Lead at Mercer, Senior Corporate Accountant and Accounting Manager at Brown & Brown Insurance, and various positions at Brown & Brown of Connecticut. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Northeastern University, Shelby has demonstrated expertise in financial operations, review engagements, and client communication, consistently driving efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
