Susan Smalley

Susan Smalley, AINS, has an extensive background in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Medical Bill Review Technical Consultant at The Hanover Insurance Group since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Regional General Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance Group and an Insurance Professional at Auto-Owners Insurance from June 2019 to March 2020. Susan has also held the position of Claim Manager II at AAA-The Auto Club Group and served as both Claim Team Manager and Claim Representative at State Farm from November 2008 to July 2017. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Arts from West Shore Community College.
