Tara D'Errico

Tara D'Errico, CIC, CISR, AIS, CPIA, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Hanover Insurance since January 2010, Tara leads a high-performing team to enhance workflow, policies, and procedures throughout the organization. Prior to this role, Tara held positions at OneBeacon Insurance Group from January 2000 to January 2010, including Territory Sales Manager for Small Commercial lines in the Northeast and Senior Training Manager, overseeing the nationwide rollout of new products and training initiatives. Tara is currently pursuing education at Southern Connecticut State University.
