Whitney Wirta

Whitney Wirta currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Learning at The Hanover Insurance Group, overseeing the design and delivery of leadership and transversal learning initiatives while developing skills-based learning taxonomies. Prior to this role, Whitney held multiple positions at Sanofi, including Head of Leadership & Learning, where management of North America operations for training development occurred, and as Director of Learning & Development in Human Performance, focusing on competency-based learning frameworks. Whitney also served as the Global Training & Development Head at SPIROL, designing global training roadmaps and developing skills for over 1,500 employees. Earlier experience includes the role of Global Training Head at Océ - A Canon Company, where significant training innovations and cost reductions were achieved, and various positions focusing on training program development and technical training. Whitney obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University and a Certificate in Industrial Drafting from Thames Valley Technical College.
